Since the war’s onset, MDA units have attended to thousands of casualties, spanning from the deceased to those with minor injuries. This includes MDA staff who risk their lives in the rescue operations. As of today (Tuesday), MDA units remain on high alert nationwide with 1,400 MDA ambulances – some of which are bulletproof – being operated by dedicated MDA volunteers and staff, often in the face of danger.
MDA’s blood services held special donation drives today in locations such as Jerusalem, Haifa, and the MDA blood bank in Tel Hashomer. Further locations are detailed on MDA’s official website.
